H.E.R. 4 GIRLS equips women to move beyond behavior management and into relationship-centered transformation. This training helps break down mistrust, disarm defensive reactions, and replace negative narratives with belonging, confidence, and hope. When girls feel seen and understood, change doesn’t have to be forced—it begins to flourish.

The way you engage a girl today shapes the woman she becomes tomorrow. When women heal girls, communities heal.  H.E.R. 4 GIRLS prepares women to lead with empathy, authority, and cultural awareness—creating spaces where girls feel protected, valued, and powerful enough to grow.

Destin of H.O.P.E., Inc., is bringing a team of experts to Columbia Missouri on March 18, 19, and 20, 2026. Specifically, Dr. Darryl Turpin, Dr. Guy Wheeler, and the rest of their team. The training itself cost $780.00 per individual.
