The H.E.A.T. Squad Boyz Group, operated through Boyz 2 Men Consulting, LLC, has strengthened our impact through strategic partnerships with schools, juvenile justice agencies, community organizations, and local professionals. These collaborations have expanded access to youth who are most at risk while enhancing the quality and effectiveness of program delivery. 

Through H.E.A.T. Squad, mentors build meaningful relationships with young men in a structured and supportive environment. Mentors serve as positive role models while helping participants work through real-life issues involving peer pressure, conflict, anger, relationships, school, family, decision-making, identity, responsibility, and planning for the future.

Mentorship is integrated into the principles of Habilitation, Empowerment, Accountability, and Therapy (H.E.A.T.). Rather than simply telling youth what they should or should not do, mentors encourage them to examine their thinking, understand the consequences of their choices, identify their strengths, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges.
